Returns & Exchanges

At Helios India, we strive to ensure your fashion choices fit perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID along with your registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, invoices, and complimentary accessories are included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the package reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
